1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services
Garden Space London provides landscaping, paving, decking, and garden design services across Greater London. All services are subject to a separate written agreement and quotation.
3. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to site inspection and may be revised if site conditions differ from those described.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work commences. We require a deposit before starting any project, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
Garden Space London carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from our work.
